Member of the Management Committee approximately 14 years.
Served as Senior Vice-President, once;
Member for Rugby, once:
Selector - five years;
lst & 2nd Grade Manager - 12 seasons;
Assistant Secretary, Assistant Treasurer;
SARU Board Member - Publicity Officer for All-Blacks tour in 1984;
SAJRU Board Member;
Delegate to SARU Council;
Winner of Canterbury Trophy for organising 50 year dinner in 1987 and W.J Rogers Trophy in 1995;
In his own opinion, best achievement was the organisation of an under 18 group in 1980 and 1981 (the team later coached and managed by Grant Grace in 1982/83).  Brought players such as Kevin Jones, Mike and Graham Raymond, George Mocatta, David Piper, Sean Hopkinson to OCRFC.
